Modern and clean bedrooms, the hotel is located at the private street guarded by 2 soldiers, location felt calm and safe, 5 minutes of walk to Bologna metro station.

The only negative aspect is the breakfast, served in a lively café 2 minutes away, you are allowed to have one sweet pastry and a coffee, there should be a healthier and more colorful option for breakfast. Though the breakfast was included in the price we visited a different place to eat in the morning.

The location is great, in a hip area of town with shops and nightlife, and only a short walk to the metro and stops for major bus lines. The neighborhood also felt very safe walking home at night. The manager/owner was friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Walls are quite thin, and our room was closest to the front door, so we heard people coming in and going out all the time. The managers of the B&B don't stay on the premises, so you have to make arrangements to time your arrival to be sure the manager is there, and there is no one to let you in if you would forget your key. There is no breakfast served on-site. Instead you receive coupons to go to a local pastry shop, where you receive exactly one coffee and one very sweet croissant (costs EUR 1.90). In my opinion, if you advertise a B&B, even if you don't make breakfast on-site, you should at least be sure that some juice, fruit or cereal is offered so your guests don't have to eat the same thing every day.

The room was modern and clean. Bathroom was a decent size. 5 minute walk from Bologna metro station with good links to all main sights. We had a problem with the shower but the owner fixed this straight away.

Breakfast was limited to a croissant and coffee. Have to pay extra for other options.

Its on the ground floor so no dragging your luggage up stairs.. yay! Very comfortable room, nice bathroom. Its in a quiet residential area right near the metro, and theres two really awesome restaurants within walking distance from here.

It's very nice with a feel of home.

Very nice place to stay, brand new, friendly staff, delicious italian breakfast in caffe on the corner. We found in tiburtina house 100% conditions for nice stay. Thank you.

Only one little comment: The room was quite small for three people.

it s bed and breakfast and we thinking it s hotels but no reception you just pay the first day and after nobody

We stayed at Tiburtina House in August 2012. Before we arrived we had some E-Mail Contact, because we came to Rome by car and it said on the Hotel Information that you can park there or 10 Euros per day. So I asked to reserve a parking spot which took us around 10 E-Mails to arrange. In the end we got our parking spot and our car was save! Except for that our stay was really nice. The guy from the Tiburtina House was really nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and modern. However, Tiburtina House is not really a b&B. They have only 5 rooms and we got to go have our breakfast at the Roma Room(s). Usually, they told us, you get vouchers to go to a little coffee shop, but it was closed that week we were there. Also I you had to text them your arrival time 20 minutes due to arrival, which I think they need, because the guy from Tiburtina House also works for the Roma Room(s) place. All in all it was really nice and only 5 min away from the Metro Station Bologna, which is great and a fast way to get into the city.

The bathroom wasn't really clean. It was a modern bathroom, but you saw water splashes in the shower and there were calcification stains by the sink. Also the cleaning staff did not make our bed.

The hotel staff and the comfort compared to the price are excellent.
